The Haven Foundation supports hospice patients and their loved ones in countless ways. Thanks to the generous support of the Foundation, Haven can offer special programs.

Programs Include:

» Grief support services for adults and children and Camp Safe Haven, a free day camp for children and teens who have experienced a loss in their life
» Our Dementia Care Program, a specialty program that is purposefully designed to provide care for hospice patients living with cognitive disorders and to support their caregivers
» Special recognition services for veterans, first responders and their families
» No One Dies Alone, a program that provides specially-trained volunteers who accompany patients during the last hours of their lives
» Workshops on advance care planning and healthcare decision making

Haven has numerous lasting ways in which you can remember someone special. In your giving, please consider honoring a loved one with a leaf on the Tree of Life, a Forget Me Not in the care center or a Memorial Walkway brick, marker or bench.
